汽车金融公司治理结构的设计及注意的问题 王再祥

| 摘要：如何设置公司组织机构，如何设计有效的公司治理结构模式是现代企业面临的重要问题。本文就我国在发起汽车金融公司的过程中有关公司治理问题进行了一些探讨。文章第一部分主要讨论了汽车金融公司治理目标和国外汽车金融公司治理模式，第二部分说明了如何对汽车金融公司治理机构中各子集进行安排，第三部分具体说明在我国现阶段如何设计汽车金融公司的组织机构，并对组织机构设置下的汽车信贷业务流程做了简单介绍。
关键词：汽车金融公司 公司治理 组织机构设计 Abstract：Modern companies now pay great attention to corporate governance because it improves managements of firm and reduces risk. This article focuses on the establishment of auto finance company in China and its corporate governance practices. The first part gives the aim of auto finance company corporate governance and describes the governance mode in foreign countries. In the second part the article tells how to arrange properly the sectors which have their own interests in an auto finance company. The last part gives a suggestion on auto finance company structure design and presents the typical business process of auto loan.
