低排放摩托车用金属载体催化剂的开发及应用研究

摘 要:制备了摩托车用金属蜂窝载体催化剂,选取CG、GS及GY6三款典型的125cc发动机,采用在线分析仪和CVS定容测试系统在转毂上按R40工况进行催化剂的整车匹配和排放检测试验,并选取其中的CG款骑式车进行了1万公里的催化剂耐久试验。检测和耐久试验结果表明:1)本文开发的金属载体催化剂经匹配后,摩托车整车3种主要污染物的排放水平均低于排放限值(二阶段)的70%;2)催化剂经1万公里耐久后基本没有劣化。

Abstract: In the present paper, metal honeycomb catalysts were prepared and applied to the motorcycles equipped with three typical engines: CG-125, GS-125 and GY6-125, for exhausted emission reduction. According to the ECE-R40, engine matching experiments as well as vehicle testing and evaluation were undertaken by online concentration analyzer and CVS testing system respectively on chassis dynamometer. One ridding-type two-wheel motorcycle with CG125 engine was selected for 10000km durable testing to the prepared catalysts. The testing results indicated that: 1) while been matched correct, the prepared catalysts can easily reduce the total emission of the selected motorcycles to 70% of the limitation value of the second stage standard; and 2) the prepared catalysts deteriorated rarely after being aged 10000km.
